any bookings for following year will not require a deposit until January

• An additional fee of $25.00 per person will apply beginning with 3rd person in party

• Laundry services $10.00 for full basket….wash, dry and fold

• Payment policy: we accept major credit cards, checks or cash.
  Please add a 6.5% sales tax.
• 50% Deposit required

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation Policy on Rooms which includes suites and condos
• Three days or less will require a two week cancellation notice that must be given for a full refund minus a $30 processing fee
• 4-6 days require a thirty day notice minus $30 processing fee and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee
• 7 days or more require a 90 days notice with loss of deposit and second portion will be charged if not filled.
• Clients with 3 or more rooms for 3 days or more require a 90 cancellation notice along with loss of deposit or a 10% cancellation fee but not both.
• ROOMS FILLED WITHIN CANCELLATION POLICY….Our goal is to not charge you for your room and we will try to do our best to fill this room so that only cancellation policies quoted above will be charged to you. But the balance of your stay will be charged if room is not filled and cancellation dates are not met within the time frames quoted.
• We highly recommend travel insurance
